Hello!
I am Rodney Kabalame and I have lived in Likhubula on Mount Mulanje all my life.
I have worked as a porter on the mountain and have run in the annual Mount Mulanje Porters Race each year 2015-2025. I was a race steward in the 2026 race.
I have been a guide on the mountain since 2011.
I have accompanied walkers of all ages and levels of experience on day excursions and on hikes lasting several days, including to the top of the very highest peak, Sapitwa.
I have also arranged fishing trips, village tours and tea plantations in the area around Mount Mulanje.
